
SHIPPING POLICY
Free delivery applies to selected postcodes only. A minimum spend on online groceries for £60 applies.
Charges for the service – Delivery and collection (where available) is currently free. You will not be charged for your shopping to be picked, packed and delivered. Collection from a participating Weetons (Retail) Limited branch is also free.
We reserve the right to amend our charges and minimum spend requirements, which are clearly defined during the checkout process.
Payment – if you have booked a Weetons (Retail) Limited order for collection you will be charged at the online check out. If you have booked a delivery and invalid card details have been entered on the checkout page Weetons (Retail) Limited will contact you to request payment details over the telephone before delivery can be made.
Once an order has been placed we are unable to amend the order, however we can add extra items; in order to do this you must contact Weetons (Retail) Limited on the above details prior to the order being packed.
Specific exclusions – some items that are available in branch will not be available on the weetons.com e-commerce site. These may include hot foods, greetings cards and self-selection items (eg sweets, cheeses, olives, salads). Other items may be excluded at various times.
Any refunds for unwanted returned items will be made after the goods have been returned.

Weetons (Retail) Limited guarantees and returns. Customer are covered by our quality guarantee on every product. Should the customer not be entirely satisfied, Weetons (Retail) Limited will refund and/or replace any item subject to due compliance by the customer with these Terms and Conditions. Please contact the Weetons (Retail) Limited with any queries.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. For further information about your statutory rights contact your local authority, Trading Standards Department or Citizens Advice Bureau.

At Weetons we want to offer you the flexibility to choose a delivery option to suit you. We offer a local delivery service to Harrogate and the surrounding area, Click & Collect from the Harrogate store as well as UK nationwide delivery options.

For local delivery orders must be placed before 9am for delivery the next day. Click and Collect orders placed before 10am can be collected after 12pm the same working day. For UK national delivery, orders must be placed before midnight Monday to Thursday for delivery in 2-3 working days. Orders placed after midnight on Thursday will be sent out on Monday, for Tuesday delivery.
Every fresh order is hand packed especially for you; this ensures that our packaging is clean, safe and that your produce arrives in perfect condition for preparation or ready for home freezing if required.
During peak times, your estimated day of delivery may be up to three working days either side of the date selected.
Please Note:
Leave a specified safe location in the ‘Order Notes’ on the payment screen. Deliveries are left at the purchasers own risk. Orders which include fresh (perishable) items, including Hamper orders, are a one delivery attempt only, no repeat attempts from the courier. If no safe location is specified and the order cannot be delivered, it will be destroyed by the courier due to the fresh (perishable) contents. Unsuccessful deliveries without fresh produce will be left at delivery location. This is the responsibility of the purchaser and Weetons take no responsibility.
Deliveries occur throughout the day between 8am & 6pm, the courier will contact the recipient with a delivery slot on the delivery day (where a mobile number or email address is provided).
